التوجه نحو الزراعة الذكية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في البلدان العربية مع الإشارة لتجارب عربية ناجحة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مختلف المفاهيم الخاصة بالأمن الغذائي والزراعة الذكية، والتطرق إلى أهم التقنيات المستخدمة في الزراعة الذكية كتوجه جديد يدعم الزراعة كقطاع استراتيجي في اقصاديات الدول لمواكبة التطورات الحاصلة وضمان توفير الإمدادات الغذائية لكل السكان في إطار تعزيز الأمن الغذائي والسعي لإيجاد حلول فعالة لتطوير القطاع والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير القطاع الفلاحي. كما تم عرض تجارب ناجحة لبعض الدول العربية في مجال تطبيق الزراعة الذكية مناخيا كتجربة دولة الإمارات المتحدة. وتم إعتماد المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي لوصف المفاهيم والتجارب المختارة This study aims to identify various concepts related to food security and smart agriculture, and delve into the most important technologies used in smart agriculture as a new direction that supports agriculture as a strategic sector in the economies of countries to keep pace with developments and ensure the provision of food supplies for all populations within the framework of enhancing food security. It also seeks to find effective solutions for the development of the sector and the utilization of modern technology and artificial intelligence techniques in the advancement of the agricultural sector. Successful experiences of some Arab countries in the field of smart agriculture are presented, including the climatic experience of the United Arab Emirates. The descriptive and analytical methodologies were adopted to describe the chosen concepts and experiences.
