الملخص
ملخص: نود من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة واقع المقروئية الورقية مقابل المقروئية الرقمية في ظل انتشار ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وما رافقها من تحولات كبرى في التطبيقات الالكترونية على غرار النشر الالكتروني والتعليم عن بعد والادارة الإلكترونية والمكتبات الالكترونية وغيرها من التطبيقات، في اتصالهم بشبكة الانترنت والوسائط الاتصالية المختلفة وكذلك فهم أهم العوامل والأسباب لظهور ما يسمى القارئ الالكتروني سيما مع سهولة الحصول على المعلومات والمستجدات، بالإضافة الى شرح أهم المزايا والسلبيات الناجمة من كلتا القراءتين، مع استعراض مختلف الآراء من مؤيدي الاقبال على القراءة الرقمية ومعارضي للفكرة. Abstract: Through this research paper, we would like to know the reality of the culture of paper readability versus digital readability in light of the spread of the information and communication technology revolution and the accompanying major transformations in electronic applications such as electronic publishing, distance education, electronic administration, electronic libraries and other applications, in their connection to the Internet and communication media. As well as understanding the most important factors and reasons for the emergence of the so-called electronic reader, especially with the ease of obtaining information and developments, in addition to explaining the most important advantages and disadvantages resulting from both readings, with a review of the various opinions of supporters who encourage the demand for digital reading and opponents of the idea.
