الاقتباس السينمائي بين معاهدة الأمانة وميثاق الخيانة The Cinematic Between The Treaty Of Trust And The Charter Of Treason

الملخص
تسعي هده الدراسة إلى استنارة فعل استظهاري يخص ظاهرة مثيره للجدل تتجلي في الحركية القائمة بين الأشكال الابداعية وتحول بعضها من وسيطها الحامل نحو الوسيط الذي يشكل النوع والجنس الجديد الذي آلت إليه. وأطلق عليها النقاد فعل "الاقتباس" الذي يتقاطع ويتشابك مع العديد من المصطلحات أهمها التكييف والترجمة لحد يصعب ضبط الفواصل بينها. ويعاني الاقتباس من تشظي في تبني سياسه الأمانة وحرية التصرف أثناء النقل والتي تشكل أنواعه .ما ينجم عنه ترسب عديد من الاشكالات والازمات نحاول استعرضها وايجاد منافد لها. This study seeks to illuminate an act of elucidation related to a controversial phenomenon that is manifested in the existing movement between creative forms and the transformation of some of them from their carrier mediator to the one that constitutes the new genre and genus to which it has devolved. Critics call it the act of "adapting", which intersects and intertwines with many terms, the most important of which are quoting and translation, to the extent that it is difficult to set the intervals between them. Which results in the sedimentation of many problems and crises that we are trying to review and find outlets for Cette étude vise à éclairer un acte d'élucidation lié à un phénomène controversé qui se manifeste dans le mouvement existant entre les formes créatives et la transformation de certaines d'entre elles de leur médiateur porteur à celui qui constitue le nouveau genre et genre auquel il a dévolu . Les critiques appellent cela l'acte de « s'adapter », qui recoupe et entremêle de nombreux termes, dont les plus importants sont la citation et la traduction, à tel point qu'il est difficile de fixer les intervalles entre eux.
