أزمة التسيير والعلاقات بين العمال في المؤسسة الجزائرية

الملخص
الملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التسيير في المؤسسات الجزائرية من المنظور الاجتماعي، وهذا يحيلنا إلى بحث كيفية تسيير المشكلات التي تواجهها وأساليب التعامل معها مع تحديد دور المورد البشري في حلها.وقد كشفت الدراسة على وجود أزمة قيمية بصمت المؤسسات الجزائرية والتي كانت سببا في ظهور سلوكيات تأخذ بالاعتبار المصلحة الفردية دون مصلحة المؤسسة، إضافة إلى افتقاد الادارة إلى القدرة على اختيار أساليب التسيير المناسبة لإدارة العمل الجماعي. Abstract: The study aims to shed light on the reality of management in Algerian institutions from a social perspective, and this leads us to discuss how to manage the problems they face and the methods of dealing with them while determining the role of the human resource in solving them. The study revealed the existence of value crisis in the silence of the Algerian institutions, which was the cause of the emergence of behaviors that take into account the individual interest rather than the interest of the institution itself, in addition to the management’s lack of the ability to choose appropriate methods to manage collective work.
