الملخص
يهدف المقال إلى طرح إشكاليات مختلفة تخص طبيعة وبنية وثقافة المجتمعات الإفريقية من جهة ومخلفات ماضيها الاستعماري من جهة أخرى وكيف من شأن هذه الإشكالات أن تصبح معوقات تنموية تهدد أمن القارة وتضعها أمام تحديات متعددة (ممارسة الديمقراطية وشرعية الحكم،الهجومات المسلحة والصراع العرقي، الهجرة، تدخل الأطراف الخارجية) لابد من مجابهتها ومقاومتها حتى يتسنى للقارة أن تحقق الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي وتنهض بالقطاع الاقتصادي. The article aims to present various problems related to the nature, structure and culture of African societies on the one hand, and the remnants of their colonial past on the other hand, and how these problems could become development obstacles that threaten the security of the continent and put it in front of multiple challenges (the practice of democracy and legitimacy of governance, armed attacks and conflict Ethnicity, immigration, interference by external parties) must be confronted and resisted so that the continent can achieve political and social stability and advance the economic sector
