الملخص
The research included all researchers in the Tikrit Research Department and its affiliated research stations in Saladin Governorate, who numbered (91) researchers. A random sample of (77%) was drawn from the respondents after excluding the initial test sample of (21) respondents. Thus, the number of individuals became The research sample was (70) researchers. Data was collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire form specially prepared for this purpose, consisting of two sections. The first section included a number of independent factors for the researchers, namely (age, educational level, number of years of service, participation in training courses, participation in projects Research, exposure to information sources), while the second part included (5) areas. Each area included a number of paragraphs to determine the size of the obstacles to technology transfer, which are obstacles (related to the work of researchers, related to the technical aspects of the technology, related to the agricultural public, related to extension devices, related to the regulatory and applied aspect) The results showed that agricultural researchers face moderate obstacles that tend to increase in transferring agricultural techniques to farmers. It was also shown that the field of obstacles related to farmers ranked first among the fields. The study also showed that there is a significant correlation between each of the following independent factors and the size of the obstacles, which are ( Age, number of years of active service, participation in training courses, participation in research projects, exposure to information sources)
