الملخص
إن الفعل الترجمي اليوم صار يحمل أهمية كبرى، ويزداد أهمية عندما يسهم في صناعة المصطلح، هذه الثنائية تشكل جسرا آمنا بين ثقافات الأمم أخذا و عطاء. إن الترجمة صناعة المصطلح موضوع متشعب، لم يعرف انطلاقة حقيقية في اللغات والآداب، فإن هذه المعالجة في هذا المقال تعد محاولة جادة وأساسية في تقوية الأواصر وتذليلها من خلال إيجاد آليات إجرائية فعالة سواء من حيث الترجمة المتخصصة، أو صناعة المصطلح. إن هذا التوجه يشكل العمود الفقري لتحقيق صناعة أقرب إلى تلك المفاهيم التي تشكل المصطلح والتي استعصت على كثير من الباحثين المترجمين لتحويلها إلى مجالات الآداب واللغات. Today, the translation act has great significance, and it becomes more important when it contributes to making the term. This duality is a safe bridge between the cultures of nations, give and take. The translation and the manufacture of the term is a cross-cutting topic, and there is no real breakthrough in languages and literature. This treatment in this article is a serious and essential attempt to strengthen and overcome ties by finding effective procedural mechanisms, whether in terms of specialized translation, or the manufacture of the term. This trend forms the backbone of achieving an industry closer to those concepts that constitute the term, which has eluded many researchers and translators to convert them into the fields of literature and languages
