الملخص
The study aims to illustrate the relation between the concept of dark figure in static and link it with exacerbate the social, spiritual, health and economic problems in war and peace period then discuss the affection of these on social policy making that related with their issues, also determine the priorities for action in order to solve them, which has positive implications for reducing the effort, money and time that not had been made to solve these interrelated problems. It also seeks to reveal the relation between the inaccurate statistics and data that related with affected women and shortcoming of the State in distributing the resources, services and available assistance according to their needs. The current study depends on conductive, analysis and comparison methods in discussing the problem by depending on statistics or available formal and informal data; and compares it with daily life that Iraqi woman has lived.
