الملخص
إن دراسة الوثيقة الدستورية أو كتاب المدينة المنورة يدخل ضمن دراسة السيرة النبوية ، و الحقيقة اننا عندما يباشر الباحث هذا الموضوع أي السيرة يجد أمامه كم هائل من الكتابات أقل ما يقال عنها أنها إطناب أو تكرار حولت بالتالي البحث و الدرس من أعمال رسول اللهصلى الله عليه و سلم إلى شخص الرسول نفسه The study of the Constitutional Document or the Book of Medina falls within the study of the Prophet’s biography, and the truth is that when the researcher embarks on this subject, i.e. the biography, he finds before him a huge amount of writings, to say the least, they are redundant or repetitive, which has thus transformed the research and study of the works of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Delivered to the person of the Messenger himself
