الملخص
يعد كتاب:"الدليل التاريخي لمؤلفات المذهب المالكي" للدكتور محمد العلمي، الصادر عن مركز البحث والدراسات في الفقه المالكي بالمملكة المغربية، ذروة الدراسات والبحوث المتعلقة بالرصد المعمّق للانتاج الفقهي للمالكية اعتمد فيه مؤلفه على تصنيف الكتب والمصنفات حسب الموضوعات، مستخدما الجرد البيبليوغرافي ومبينا حالها من حيث كونها مخطوطة أو مطبوعة، فضلا عن ذكر أماكن تواجدها في الخزائن والمكتبات العامة والخاصة، وهو ما يجعله كموسوعة وكشاف بيبيليوغرافي، أداة بالغة الأهمية تسهل معرفة تطور حركة التأليف وييسر النفاذ للأصول ومعرفة مصادرها. وتأسيسا على ما سبق وتماشيا مع محاور الملتقى الوطني، تتوخى هذه المساهمة رصد الانتاج العلمائي المالكي ودرجة مواكبته لانتشار وتطور الآفات الاجتماعية بمدن وحواضر المغرب الإسلامي، من خلال جرد وإحصاء بدلالة الزمان والمكان للتدوين الفقهي المرتبط بآفات المجتمع بمختلف أنواعها بالعدوتين المغربية والأندلسية خلال العصر الوسيط من خلال الكتاب سالف الذكر يطمح الموضوع المقترح كذلك تبيان الدور المميز للسلطة العلمية الممثلة في الفقهاء المالكية، في تأطير المجتمع وتقويم سلوكياته، من خلال إبراز جهودها التأليفية في مكافحة والحد من انتشار الآفات الاجتماعية. The book: “The Historical Guide to the Writings of the Maliki School” by Dr. Muhammad Al-Alami, issued by the Center for Research and Studies in Maliki Jurisprudence in the Kingdom of Morocco, is the culmination of studies and research related to the in-depth monitoring of the jurisprudential production of the Malikis, in which its author relied on classifying books and compilations according to topics, using a bibliographic inventory and indicating their status from As it is a manuscript or printed, in addition to mentioning its locations in public and private treasuries and libraries, which makes it an encyclopedia and a bibliographic index, a very important tool that facilitates knowledge of the development of the authorship movement and facilitates access to the originals and knowledge of their sources. Based on the foregoing and in line with the axes of the National Forum, this contribution aims to monitor the Maliki scholarly production and the degree of its keeping pace with the spread and development of social ills in the cities and metropolises of the Islamic Maghreb, through an inventory and census in terms of time and place of the jurisprudential notation associated with the various types of ills of society with the Moroccan and Andalusian enemies during the Middle Ages through the aforementioned book The proposed topic also aspires to demonstrate the distinguished role of the scientific authority represented by the Maliki jurists, in framing society and correcting its behaviors, by highlighting its authorial efforts in combating and limiting the spread of social ills
