الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر رأس المال الفكري على ريادة الأعمال بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر -وكالة تلمسان، ولتحقي هدف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان على 50 موظفا، ولتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين أبعاد رأس المال الفكري (الاستقطاب، الصناعة، التنشيط، المحافظة على رأس المال الفكري، والاهتمام بالعملاء)، وريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (الإبداع، استثمار الفرص، المبادرة). كما بينت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد رأس المال الفكري مجتمعة وريادة الأعمال. وعليه فإن المنظمات بحاجة للتوجه نحو تنفيذ برامج التجديد والتغيير وضرورة تبنيها للممارسات الإبداعية والاستمرار فيها والالتزام باقتناص الفرص والمبادرة للتميز كمكونات أساسية للمنظمات الناجحة. Abstract: This study aims to find out the impact of intellectual capital on entrepreneurship at Algeria Telecom Tlemcen Agency , and to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to 50 employees, and to analyze the results reached, the statistical package program for the social sciences SPSS was relied on. The results of the study found a significant correlation between the dimensions of intellectual capital (attraction, industry, activation preservation of intellectual capital, and attention to customers), and entrepreneurship With its dimensions (Creativity, Opportunity Investment, Initiative) . The study also showed a statistically significant impact on the … combined dimensions of intellectual capital and entrepreneurship. Therefore, organizations need to move towards the implementation of programs of renewal and change, and the need to adopt and continue creative practices and commit to seizing opportunities and initiative to excel as essential components of successful organizations.
