Abstract: The article evaluates the impact of Strategic human resource management on firm performance ; to assesses the rationale for using interventions that focus on HRM strategy and organization performance. and the aim of this study is to determine the relationship between human resources and corporate performance ; As the backbone of the success and development of institutions, and the real wealth to ensure continuity and achieve the goals of the institution. We have dealt with the framework of the emergence of strategic human resources management, and the performance of the institution, and the purpose is to develop a model to show the relationship between them, through competitive strategies that work to modify the relationship between the strategic human resources management and the performance of the company.
