Abstract
Abstract: The protection of industrial property rights is fundamental to economic growth in general, as it helps to combat the counterfeiting that plagues many economies around the world. The objective of this work is to verify the effectiveness of the Algerian industrial property rights protection system by checking the satisfaction of entrepreneurs with this system through a survey conducted in the region of Oran and Tlemcen, which also allows us to understand the real reasons for the development of counterfeiting in Algeria.
