الملخص
الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة تأثير التخطيط الاستراتيجي على أسلوب إدارة الأزمات في المنظمة. و لتحقيق هذا الغرض اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النظري بناءً على مراجعة الأدبيات الموجودة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي يعزز إدارة الأزمة. وأيضًا، إن أي أسلوب لإدارة الأزمات يتم تطبيقه في كارثة معينة سيحدد ما إذا كان التدمير سيكون كارثة صغيرة أو كبيرة. أخيرًا ، المنظمة التي تستخدم نهجًا استراتيجيًا لأسلوب إدارة الأزمات ستكون سباقة في إدارة الأزمات. كما أوصت الدراسة بأنه لكي تتمكن أي منظمة من الخروج من الأزمة بأقل قدر من الخسائر، يجب أن تدمج نهجًا استراتيجيًا لإدارة الأزمات وأن تضع أيضًا فريقًا لإدارة الأزمات / استراتيجيا سيكون قادرًا على إدارة الأزمة في أقصر فترة زمنية. أخيرًا، يجب تدريب الموظفين والاحتفاظ بهم على التأثير الإيجابي والسلبي للأزمة؛ كما يجب توعيتهم بكيفية التكيف مع الظروف المتغيرة التي قد تحدث قبل وأثناء وبعد الأزمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تخطيط استراتيجي ، أسلوب إدارة الأزمات ، جائحة ، فيروس كورونا ، منظمة. Abstract : This study examined the influence of strategic planning on crisis management style in an organization. To achieve this purpose, the study adopted the theoretical approach based on a review of the existing literature. The results of the study revealed that strategic planning enhances crisis management. also, any crisis management style applied at a given catastrophe will determine if the destruction will be minor or major disaster. Lastly, organization that employs strategic approach to crisis management style will be pro-active in managing crisis. the study also recommended that in order for any organization to seal through crisis with minimal loss, they should incorporate strategic approach to crisis management and also put in place strategic/crisis management team that will be able to manage crisis within the shortest period of time. Finally, employees should be trained and retained on the positive and negative effect of crisis; they should also be sensitized on how to adapt to changing circumstances that might occur before, during and after crisis.
