الملخص
ملخص : بعد أحداث الحادي عشر سبتمبر ألفين وواحد التي تعرضت لها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، شنت ما أسمته الحرب علـى الإرهاب واستخدمت الوسائل المشروعة وغير المشروعة في هذه الحرب، ومـن أهمهـا القواعـد العسكرية؛ اسـتخدمتها كمعـتقلات ومكانـاً لإجـراء المحاكمات العسكرية. وهذا ثابت بالتقارير الدولية للمنظمات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية. ولعل من أهم القواعد العسكرية الأجنبية التي استخدمتها الولايات المتحدة في حربها على الإرهاب في أفغانستان قاعدة غوانتانامو الكوبية التي تأتي في المركز الأول، مما أهلها لأن تقوم بنشاطات تتجاوز مهامها التقليدية ، وتحول القواعد العسكرية إلى مراكز اعتقال وتعذيب من جراء عقد المحاكمات العسكرية لهؤلاء المعتقلين وحرمانهم من أبسط الحقوق المعترف بها لهم. Abstract: After the events of September 11, 2001, the United States of America launched what it called the war on terror and used the legitimate and illegal means in this war, the most important of which were the military bases; it used them as detention centers and a venue for military trials. This is consistent with the international reports of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations. Perhaps one of the most important foreign military bases used by the United States in its war on terrorism in Afghanistan is the base of the Cuban Guantanamo, which comes in first place, which enabled it to carry out activities beyond its traditional tasks, and turning military bases into detention centers and torture as a result of holding military trials of these detainees and depriving them of The most basic rights recognized to them.
