إنعكاسات الجريمة على العلاقات الأسرية في المدينة الجزائرية - دراسة ميدانية على أسر مدينة سيدي عقب

الملخص
الجريمة ظاهرة قديمة وحديثة في نفس الوقت عانت ومازالت تعاني منها جميع المجتمعات بدون استثناء، وأول خلية من خلايا المجتمع التي تصطدم بالجريمة هي الأسرة التي خلفت آثار وخيمة عليها أثرت على العلاقات الأسرية داخل الأسرة وخارجها، فقد انعكست الجريمة على العلاقة بين الزوجين إما إيجابا أو سلبيا من كثرة الشجار والنزاع والعنف الجسدي واللفظي نتيجة الضغوطات النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي خلفتها الجريمة إلى جانب لم وحدة الأسرة وذلك بالتعاون للحفاظ على سلامة أفرادها، كما انعكست الجريمة على علاقة الوالدين بالأبناء حيث تذبذبت العلاقة أحيانا سيئة وأخرى جيدة حسب الظروف المعاشة، فزاد الاهتمام بالأبناء خوفا عليهم مما أدي الوالدين إلى اتخاذ مجموعة من الآليات للحفاظ على سلامة الأبناء منها التوعية والتوجيه والإرشاد والنصائح اليومية، كما انعكست الجريمة على علاقة الإخوة، حيث متنت العلاقة والتعاون والتآزر والمحبة إلى جانب كثرة الشجارات في البيت نظرا لعدم الخروج وما خلفته من؟ آثار نفسية على الإخوة وعدم الوثوق في أي شخص مهما كان. Crime is an ancient and modern phenomenon at the same time that all societies have suffered and are still suffering from it without exception, and the first cell of society that collides with crime is the family that left disastrous effects on it that affected the family relations inside and outside the family. The crime was reflected on the relationship between the spouses, either positively. Or negatively due to the frequent quarrels, conflict, and physical and verbal violence as a result of the psychological, social and economic pressures left by the crime, as well as the lack of family unity, in cooperation to preserve the safety of its members The crime also reflected on the relationship of parents with children, where the relationship fluctuated at times, bad and other good according to the lived conditions. The interest in children increased in fear of them, which led parents to adopt a set of mechanisms to preserve the safety of children, including awareness, guidance, counseling and daily advice, and the crime was also reflected on the relationship of brothers, where The relationship, cooperation, synergy, and love have grown in addition to the many quarrels in the house due to the lack of going out, and the psychological effects on the brothers and the lack of trust in anyone, no matter what.
