دور التنمية في تحقيق الأمن والإستقرار الداخلي للمجتمعات

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف التنمية الى النهوض السليم والديناميكي العملي للدولة فهي تحرر الدول من الحاجة كما أنها تمثل المسار الحركي الذي يشمل عديد القطاعات في اطار المسار التنموي بشكل تدريجي، فهي تساعد على التخصيص الكفء للموارد الإنتاجية ، كما أنها تسعى لتحقيق النمو المتواصل والتنمية المستدامة، بالإضافة الى قدرتها على التفاعل مع مختلف الآليات المؤسسية والسياسية والاجتماعية سواء كانت من القطاع العام او الخاص، فهي تشمل عدة قطاعات داخل الدولة منها السياسي والاقتصادي بما يسمى التنمية الشاملة، والتي تعتبر آلية لتحقيق متطلبات العولمة من اقتصاديات السوق والاعتماد المتبادل والتكتلات الدولية. Abstract: Development aims at the proper and dynamic practical advancement of the state.it frees countries from need. It also represents a dynamic path that includes many sectors within the framework of the development path gradually. It helps to efficiently allocate productive resources. It also seeks to achieve continuous growth and sustainable development, in addition to its ability to interact with various institutional, political and social mechanisms, whether from the public or private sector. It includes several sectors within the state, including political and Economic with the so-called Comprehensive Development, which is a mechanism to achieve the requirements of globalization from market economies, interdependence and international blocs. There is no development without security that guarantees the safety of various sectors of the state, starting with the human spirit and reaching its institutions and resources, and therefore there is an integrative interactive relationship between both security and development. The topic of the article seeks to achieve a set of goals, including research on how development affects security and its role in achieving internal stability of societies. We also seek in this topic to look for negative repercussions in the absence of development within societies. ولا يمكن للأمن أن يقوم إلا بوجود التنمية التي تكفل تحقيقه، فالأمن عجلة دفع وتقدم للتنمية فلا تنمية بدون أمن يضمن السلامة لمختلف قطاعات الدولة بدءا بالروح البشرية ووصولا الى مؤسساتها ومواردها، وبالتالي هناك علاقة تفاعلية تكاملية بين كل من الأمن والتنمية، ويسعى موضوع المقال الى بلوغ مجموعة من الأهداف من بينها البحث في كيفية تأثير التنمية على الأمن ودورها في تحقيق الاستقرار الداخلي للمجتمعات، وأيضا فإننا نسعى في هذا الموضوع الى البحث عن الانعكاسات السلبية في غياب التنمية داخل المجتمعات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن، التنمية، استقرار، المجتمعات.
