الملخص
يثير حق الفرد في التصرف في جسمه، مخارج متعددة ، أولها استئثار الفرد بجسمه من منطلق ملكيته له ملكية تامة، وثانيها حق المجتمع في الصحة والسلامة الجسدية لأفراده حتى يستطيعون القيام بجميع الأعباء والأعمال المختلفة والمتشعبة المنوطة بهم. وثالثها الضرورة الصحية والاجتماعية التي تبيح للفرد إجراء تغييرات على جسمه. التي تثير إشكالية الأطر الطبية والضوابط القانونية لهذا التصرف ، النابع من الأصل العام لحق الإنسان في الحرية بكل أبعادها الدستورية والقانونية، وأهم التغييرات التي تثير الإشكالات الواقعية والتقنية المرتبطة بالمهنة الطب من المنظور الاجتماعي والقانوني هي " تحويل الجنس وعمليات التجميل ".
