المسؤولية الإجتماعية وعلاقتها بتطبيق مبادئ الحكم الرشيد في بلديات محافظة الخليل

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدارسة الى معرفة علاقة المسؤولية الإجتماعية بتطبيق مبادئ الحكم الرشيد في بلديات محافظة الخليل، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة عن طريق جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من الموظفين الاداريين والماليين والفنيين في بلديات محافظة الخليل البالغ عددها (60) موظفاً، وزعت عليهم الاستبانة واستعيد منها (51) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج كان أهمها: أن البلدية تسهم في دعم المشاريع التنموية في المجتمع، وتقدم البلدية مساعدات خيرية للمجتمع وبدرجة مرتفعه من آراء المبحوثين. وأن البلدية تعمل على تحسين صورتها لدى المجتمع بحل بعض المشكلات الإجتماعية، وتعمل على تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى الموظفين وبدرجة متوسطة من آراء المبحوثين. وأن إجراءات العمل في البلدية بسيطة وبعيدة عن الروتين وبدرجة متوسطة من آراء المبحوثين. وأن القرارات الإدارية للبلدية حكيمة ورشيدة وبدرجة منخفضة من آراء المبحوثين. وأنه يسمح لوسائل الإعلام والمواطنين بمراقبة عمل البلدية وبدرجة متوسطة من آراء المبحوثين. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، مبادئ الحكم الرشيد، البلديات Abstract: The study aimed to identify social responsibility and its relation to the application of the principles of good governance in the municipalities of Hebron Governorate. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and data was collected from the study sample, which consisted of (60) administrative, financial and technical employees in the municipalities of Hebron Governorate. A questionnaire was distributed to the participants, and (51) questionnaires were retrieved and found valid for statistical analysis. The study found several results, the most important of which were: the municipality highly contributes to supporting development projects in the community, and it greatly provides charitable assistance to the community. The municipality is moderately working to improve its image in the community by solving some social problems, and to develop a culture of voluntary work among the employees. The work procedures in the municipality are moderately simple and far from routine. The administrative decisions of the municipality are slightly wise and rational. It moderately allows the media and citizens to monitor the work of the municipality. Keywords: social responsibility, principles of good governance, municipalities
