متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في القطاع المصرفي دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من العاملين في المصارف الحكومية في محافظة كربلاء

الملخص
هدف هذا البحث على القاء الضوء على اسلوب تطبيق الإدارة الألكترونية من مختلف جوانبه ومن خلال عناصره ومكوناته وبيان أهميتها في الحياة اليومية , حيث قدم تعريفاً لمفهوم الإدارة الألكترونية وبيان أهميتها , ثم التطرق الى أهم العناصر والمكونات لهذه الإدارة الألكترونية , وأيضاً تناول البحث خصائص الإدارة الألكترونية. وتم اختيار عينة تتألف من (53) موظف يمثلون الكادر الوظيفي للمنظمات المبحوثة ومن مستويات مختلفة . وأستخدم في البحث أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي لفقرات متغير الإدارة الألكترونية وأخيراً من ابرز نتائج البحث ان هناك تباين بين المستجيبين من لفراد العينة المبحوثة وهذا يدل على ان ادارات المصارف عينة البحث لها اهتمام بالغ بعناصر الادارة الالكترونية . ومن جملة التوصيات كان ابرزها حث المنظمات المبحوثة بالاهتمام اكثر جدية بعناصر الادارة الالكترونية وعدم الاعتماد على الادارة البيروقراطية . The aim of this research is to shed light on the method of applying electronic management in its various aspects and through its elements and components and to indicate its importance in daily life, as it presented a definition of the concept of electronic management and its importance, then touched on the most important elements and components of this electronic management, and the research also dealt with the characteristics of electronic management. A sample of (53) employees representing the staff of the researched organizations was selected from different levels. And the research used the method of statistical analysis of the paragraphs of the electronic management variable, and finally one of the most prominent results of the research is that there is a discrepancy between the respondents from the members of the sample researched, and this indicates that the bank departments of the research sample have a great interest in the elements of electronic management. Among the recommendations, the most prominent of which was urging the surveyed organizations to pay more serious attention to the elements of electronic management and not to rely on monotonous bureaucratic management.
