إختبار علاقة التكامل المشترك بين سعر الصرف الدينار ورصيد ميزان المدفوعات -دراسة حالة الجزائر ما بين الفترة 2015/2000-

الملخص
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح العلاقة الموجود بين كل من أسعار الصرف و ميزان المدفوعات وقياس أثر تخفيض قيمة الدينار مقابل الدولار على رصيد ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2015)، إستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب الإقتصاد القياسي في تكوين النموذج، وبرنامج Eviews في التحليل . بعد بناء النموذج القياسي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الإقتصاد الجزائري لا يتماشى مع النظرية الإقتصادية القائلة بأن ميزان المدفوعات يتأثر بتقلبات سعر الصرف على المدى الطويل، ولا توجد علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرين. The objective of this paper is to clarify the relationship between exchange rates and balance of payments and to measure the effect of the devaluation of the dinar against the dollar on the Balance of Payments balance in Algeria during the period 2000-2015. In this study, we used the descriptive approach, the econometric method in the formation of the model, and the E-views program in the analysis. After the construction of the econometric model, We found that the reality of the Algerian economy is not consistent with the economic theory that the balance of payments is affected by long-term exchange rate fluctuations, and there is no correlation between the variables of the study
