الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر مجال التربية والتعليم إحدى الرَكائز المهمة والتي تبنى عليها التنمية ،وأي اختلال يصيب هذا المجال قد يؤثر على باقي المجالات الأخرى وبالتالي يؤثر تلقائيا في التقدُّم والتنمية. ومن خلال هذه المداخلة سنحاول مناقشة أزمة تربوية تتعلَّق بالتعليم وسوق العمل؛ فنحن نتعلم وفقا لطاقة التعليم المتوفرة ، وفي ظلِّ فلسفةٍ تربوية تضع حواجزَ بين المعارف النظريَّة والمهارات العملية،وبهذا فوظائف التعليم تمثل مورد حيوي بالنسبة لبقاء بعض المعتقدات و المهارات التي تكتسب عن طريق التعليم ،والذي يساعد في تشكيل شخصيات الإفراد بحيث تتلاءم مع الثقافة السائدة ، و يسهم بذلك في تكامل المجتمع . Abstract: The field of education is one of the important pillars upon which development is built, and any imbalance in this field may affect the rest of the other fields and thus automatically affect progress and development. Through this intervention, we will try to discuss an educational crisis related to education and the labor market. We learn according to the available capacity of education, and in light of an educational philosophy that places barriers between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Thus, the functions of education represent a vital resource for the survival of some of the beliefs and skills that are acquired through education, which helps in shaping the personalities of individuals so that they fit with the prevailing culture, and This contributes to the integration of society.
