الملخص
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم السمات والخصائص التي تميز الأزمات الحديثة التي تمس المنظمات والدول على حد سواء،حاولنا دراسة الاشكالية التالية: ماهي سمات وخصائص الأزمات الحديثة التي تميزها عن تلك التقليدية؟ وكيف يمكن للمنظمات مواجهتها؟ واستخدمنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت أساسا في أن الأزمات الحديث تتميز بعناصر المفاجأة، ونقص المعلومات، وفقدان السيطرة، وتصاعد الأحداث، وتتطلب مواجهتها مجموعة من الخطوات العلمية المدروسة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the most important features and characteristics that distinguish modern crises that affect organizations and countries alike. We tried to study the following problem: What are the features and characteristics of modern crises that distinguish them from traditional ones? How can organizations deal with it? We used the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, and the study concluded with a set of results, mainly that modern crises are characterized by elements of surprise, lack of information, loss of control, and escalation of events, and confronting them requires a set of studied scientific steps.
