اهمية القيادة في التطور الاداري والاجتماعي للدولتين الاموية والعباسية

الملخص
لقد احدث وفاة الرسول "ص" خلافا كبيرا من حيث تولي الخلافة، حيث بدأت بمرحلة الخلفاء الراشدين ثم مرحلة الدولة الاموية التي تعتبر ثاني سلالة عربية حكمت المسلمين لمدة قرن تقريبا ثم سلالة العباسيين التي يرجع نسبها الى العباس بن عبد المطلب، وما يهمنا في هذه الورقة البحثية هو الوقوف عند ابرز المحطات التي تخص التطور الاداري والاجتماعي في العصرين العباسي والأموي مع التأكيد على اهمية القيادة الرشيدة لبلوغ هذا التطور، وتندرج هذه المداخلة ضمن المحور الحضاري للملتقى وبالتحديد العنصر الاخير وهو التطور الاداري والاجتماعي للدولتين الاموية والعباسية وللإحاطة بأهم جوانب الموضوع سوف نتطرق الى شرح المفاهيم كالقيادة والتطور الاداري والاجتماعي ثم نتحدث عن التطور الاداري والاجتماعي في الدولتين الاموية والعباسية بعدها ذكر اهم القادة الامويين والعباسيين وانجازاتهم لندرك اهمية القيادة في التطوير الاداري والاجتماعي لكل من الدولة الاموية والعباسية. Summary: The death of the Messenger "PBUH" caused a great controversy in terms of assuming the caliphate, as it began with the stage of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, then the stage of the Umayyad state, which is the second Arab dynasty that ruled the Muslims for nearly a century, then the Abbasid dynasty that traces its lineage back to Al-Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib, and what interests us in this paper The research is to stand at the most important stations related to the administrative and social development in the Abbasid and Umayyad eras, with an emphasis on the importance of rational leadership to achieve this development. Concepts such as leadership, administrative and social development, then we talk about administrative and social development in the Umayyad and Abbasid states, after which we mention the most important Umayyad and Abbasid leaders and their achievements, to realize the importance of leadership in the administrative and social development of both the Umayyad and Abbasid state.
