مساهمة برمجيات التسيير المدمجة Erp في تعزيز العمل المؤسسي في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة برمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERP في تسهيل العمل المؤسسي عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث شهد العالم اليوم وفي كل أقطابه وضعا صحيا حرجا بسبب انتشار هذا الوباء وبصورة سريعة، ما أدى بالدول والحكومات إلى اتخاذ إجراءات استعجاليه واستثنائية، مما أدى إلى لجوء بعض أصحاب المؤسسات والهيئات إلى تفعيل نمط جديد في أداء العمل و تنفيذه ألا وهو العمل عن بعد télétravail كآلية لضمان سير مؤسساتهم. بينت هذه الدراسة ان لبرمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERP دور هام في تلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات المؤسسات في ظل هذه الجائحة. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الدور التي تلعبه برمجيات التسيير المدمجة ERP في تنظيم العمل المؤسسي عن بعد وخلق تكامل بين وظائف المؤسسة ومستخدميها، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الوصفي المتناسب مع طبيعة الموضوع، وقد توصلت الدراسة أن المؤسسات التي تعتمد على برمجيات التسيير المدمجة في عملها استطاعت التكيف وبشكل سهل مع التغيرات الجديدة للعمل المؤسسي عن بعد télétravail، حيث يسمح نظام ERP باستخدامه من طرف العديد من المستخدمين من أجهزة مختلفة ومن أماكن مختلفة وفي وقت واحد. This study aims to identify the extent of the contribution of ERP enterprise resource planning to facilitating remote work in light of the Corona-Covid 19 pandemic, as the world today and in all its poles has witnessed a critical health situation due to the rapid spread of this epidemic, which led countries and governments to take urgent measures and exceptional, which led to some owners of institutions and bodies resorting to activating a new pattern in the performance and implementation of work, which is teleworking as a mechanism to ensure the functioning of their institutions. This study showed that the integrated ERP enterprise resource planning has an important role in meeting the needs and requirements of institutions in light of this pandemic. The study also concluded the importance of the role that ERP integrated plays in organizing remote work and creating an integration between the functions of the institution and its users, as the analytical and descriptive approach was relied upon, commensurate with the nature of the subject. It was able to easily adapt to the new changes to work remotely télétravail, as this ERP system allows it to be used by many users from different devices and from different places at the same time.
