دور الإتحاد الأوروبي في التصدي لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تأصيل الإطار النظري والتحليلي لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية قصد الإحاطة بها، وتوضيح أساليب التسلل الفردي أو الجماعي الناتج عن الأسباب السياسية أو الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية. إذ تتعدد الطرق التي يلجأ إليها المهاجرون غير الشرعيين للانتقال من بلد المصدر إلى بلد الاستقبال، ويغلب فيها استخدام السفن والقوارب لنقل مجموعات المهاجرين غير الشرعيين عبر البحار من بلد المنشأ، وعادة ما تكون دول الوصول هي دول الجذب التي تقع علي سواحل البحار، كدول الاتحاد الأوروبي المطلة على البحر الأبيض المتوسط. الأمر الذي يتطلب التصدي لها بمختلف الإجراءات. Abstract: This study aims to consolidate the theoretical and analytical framework of the phenomenon of illegal immigration in order to encompass it, and to clarify the methods of individual or collective infiltration resulting from political, economic or social reasons. There are many ways that illegal immigrants resort to to move from the source country to the receiving country, and ships and boats are often used to transport groups of illegal immigrants across the seas from the country of origin, and the countries of arrival are usually the countries of attraction that are located on the coasts of the seas, such as the countries of the European Union Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
