ضعف الإنسان في القرآن الكريم مفهومه وأسبابه

الملخص
ضعف الإنسان من الحقائق التي أكدها الله تعالى في القرآن الكريم، وهو عامٌّ يشملُ الطبائع الخَلْقيّةَ والخُلُقيّة؛ وخصصنا هذا البحث للتعريف بمفهوم الضعف، وبيان أسبابه، وجوانبه، ومنهج القرآن في معالجته، وحفظ حقوق الضعفاء؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي التحليلي. وتكمن أهمية البحث في بيان معنى الضعف عند الإنسان في القرآن الكريم، ومعرفة جوانبه المتعددة، وتوضيح المنهج القرآني في حفظ حقوق الضعفاء، ومراعاة أحوالهم وظروفهم، ومعالجة هذا الضعف عندهم. وتم تقسيم البحث إلى: مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، ثم خاتمة فيها أهم النتائج، والتوصيات. وخلص البحث: إلى أن الضعف عند الإنسان سنة كونية من سنن الله تعالى في الخلق على مر العصور واختلاف الأمم، لذا راعت الشريعة الإسلامية هذه الحقيقة، فجاءت التشريعات مناسبة لطبيعة الإنسان الضعيفة الفقيرة؛ وأَوْلى القرآن اهتماماً خاصاً بالضعفاء، وعالج أوضاعهم، وحفظ حقوقهم، وَرَفَعَ الحرج عنهم. Research Summary: Human weakness is one of the facts confirmed by God Almighty in the Holy Qur’an, and it is general and includes congenital and moral natures. We devoted this research to defining the concept of weakness, explaining its causes and aspects, the Qur’anic methodology in dealing with it, and preserving the rights of the weak. To achieve the objectives of the research, we relied on the inductive and deductive analytical approaches. The importance of the research lies in explaining the meaning of human weakness in the Holy Qur’an, knowing its various aspects, and clarifying the Qur’anic approach in preserving the rights of the weak, taking into account their conditions and conditions, and addressing this weakness in them. The research was divided into: an introduction, a preface, and two chapters, then a conclusion containing the most important results and recommendations. The research concluded: that weakness in man is a cosmic Sunnah of God Almighty in creation throughout the ages and different nations, so the Islamic Sharia took into account this fact, so the legislation came suitable for the weak and poor nature of man; The Qur'an gave special attention to the weak, treated their conditions, preserved their rights, and lifted embarrassment from them.
