تبني الاقتصاد الأزرق كمسار جديد للدول النامية - دراسة حالة الجزائر

الملخص
ان تنويع اقتصاد أية دولة بالاعتماد على قطاعها الساحلي والبحري أمر بالغ الأهمية، حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الاقتصاد الأزرق، الذي يمكن للمحيطات والبحار أن تكون القوة المحركة لها، كما يمكن أن يساهم كمسار جديد وفعال على صعيد الدول النامية نظرا لما تملكه من إمكانيات يمكن ان تستفيد من الروابط الأمامية والخلفية للاقتصاد الأزرق مع مختلف قطاعات الاقتصاد، من خلال المساهمة في زيادة نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وزيادة النمو في القطاع الساحلي والبحري. توصلت الدراسة إلى انه من أجل دعم التحول إلى هذا النهج الجديد، يجب تسخير مزيد من إمكانات سواحل الجزائر، من خلال مختلف البرامج التنموية المعتمدة للنهوض بهذا القطاع وتحقيق استدامته. The diversification of the economy of any country depending on its coastal and marine sector is very important, as this research aims to shed light on the concept of the blue economy, in which the oceans and seas can be the driving force for it, and it can also contribute as a new and effective path at the level of developing countries due to what they possess From the possibilities that can benefit from the forward and backward links of the blue economy with various sectors of the economy, by contributing to increasing the growth of the gross domestic product, and increasing growth in the coastal and marine sector. The study concluded that in order to support the transition to this new approach, more potentials of the Algerian coasts must be harnessed, through various approved development programs to advance this sector and achieve its sustainability.
