الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع المقاولة وأهم المهارات المقاولاتية التي يجب أن تتوفر لدى المقاول، والتي تساعده على إنجاح مشروع مؤسسته الخاصة، حيث قمنا بدراسة عينة من حاملي الشهادات الجامعية المستفيدين من مشاريعANADE، وذلك بصفة خاصة لأنهم مؤهلين لذلك ولأن نجاح المقاولة مرهون بنضج الفكر المقاولاتي لدى هذه الشريحة. معتمدين في معالجة هذا الموضوع على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمت معالجته عن طريق الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات في الدراسة الميدانية ولذلك تم استخدام برنامج 20SPSS. لمعالجة وتحليل المعطيات المجمعة من عينة الدراسة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة بين التوجه المقاولاتي وكل من المستوى التعليمي، التخصص، الجنس، ونوع النشاط المفضل، وبناءا على نتائج الدراسة قام البحث باقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها ضرورة تدعيم البرامج التعليمية والتكوينية على مستوى الجامعات والمعاهد ومراكز التكوين. تصنيفات JEL : L26، J24 This study aims to investigate the issue of entrepreneurship and the most important entrepreneurial skills that a contractor must possess in order to successfully complete his own enterprise project. We studied a sample of university degree holders who benefited from ANADE projects, specifically because they are qualified for it and because the success of entrepreneurship is dependent on the maturity of this segment's entrepreneurial thought. In dealing with this topic, we relied on a descriptive analytical approach, and it was addressed in the field study using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. As a result, the SPSS version 20 program was used to process and analyze the data collected from the study sample. According to the study's findings, there is a link between entrepreneurial orientation and educational level, specialization, gender, and preferred type of activity.
