الملخص
تعتبر مسألة الصحة و المرض من القضايا الجوهرية في المجتمع اليوم ، حيث تعد الابعاد السوسيولوجية المتعلقة بإشكالية المرض العقلي ذات اهمية مركزية في فهم مشكلات الصحة العقلية في الجزائر، في ضوء تقاطع العديد من الحقول المعرفية و النظرية المفسرة لطبيعة المرض وأبعاده الاجتماعية والثقافية والانثربولوجية ؛ من هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية في محاولة لتفكيك مفهوم المرض العقلي من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية تهدف لابراز الجوانب الاجتماعية للمرض وبنيته السوسيو- ثقافية ومسار العلاج واشكاليته في المجتمع الجزائري، مع التأكيد على الخلفية الاجتماعية والثقافية لمعنى المرض العقلي في مواجهة النموذج الطبي البيولوجي، حيث يبقى هدف الورقة البحثية هو الاشارة للطبيعة السوسيولوجية للمرض كنتاج للبناء الاجتماعي . To day, health and illness is considered one of the fundamental issues in society, where the sociological dimensions related to the problem of mental illness are of a central importance in the understanding of mental health problems in Algeria, in the light of knowledge fields intersection and the theoretical explanation of the illness nature and its social, cultural and anthropological dimensions; from this starting point, this research paper came in an attempt to dismantle the mental illness concept, through a sociological approach that aims to highlight the social aspects of the disease, its socio-cultural structure, the course of treatment and its problematic in Algerian society, with an emphasis on the social and cultural background of the meaning of mental illness facing the medical-biological model, where the aim of the research paper remains in indicating the sociological nature of the disease as a product of social construction
