الملخص
تسعى موسكو بكل ما تحتكم عليه من قوة لمواجهة الغرب والتوسع الأطلسي الذي بات يقترب من الحدود الروسية؛ وذلك بفرض وجودها على الساحة الدولية على الرغم من اعتراض الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلفائها الغربيين. وقد تجلى ذلك من خلال مواقفها وتعاطيها مع كل أزمة من شأنها أن تمس بالأمن القومي الروسي أو تقف في وجه مخططات إعادة بناء الإمبراطورية. وهذا ما دفع موسكو إلى تبني التوجه الأوراسي الجديد الذي يعد المنظر الجيوبوليتيكي الروسي ألكسندر دوغين من أبرز رواده. فبوتين يرى أن روسيا العظيمة لابد أن تظل عظيمة؛ لكنه يدرك جيدا أن هذه العظمة لن تتحقق إلا بتجميع الإمبراطورية الروسية مجددا على أرض اوراسيا.
