Abstract
The following given study demonstrates the impact of economic cooperation on Algerian / Chinese common trade , which have a huge material and human capacities .China seeks to enhance their economic and comercial power in Africa ,and invades external supermarkets beneath African / Chinese cooperation forum since the begining of the year 2000. Algeria in their side became serious to look for an economic partner that to a real economic development outside the European sector . Through this search we are going to present an analytical study that shows the most essencial points of Algerian / Chinese common trade and their benefits .
