تفعيل دور المجتمع المدني في التنمية المحلية: دراسة نظرية من منظور الحكم الجيّد

الملخص
ملخص: يرتبط النظام السياسي في أي بلد بالطبيعة التصالحية، مع باقي التكوينات والفعاليات، بالتالي تكون هناك مساحات من الحرية، لتعمل هذه المؤسسات بتشكيلاتها المختلفة، على المساهمة في إدارة شؤون الدولة والمجتمع تحقيقاً للمصلحة العامة. كما أن مساءلة الحكومة وتقويمها، وتدوير مراكزها، وتحديث مؤسساتها، هو عمل وواجب الجميع بما في ذلك تحقيق برامج التنمية. وعليه يتمحور دور المجتمع المدني، من خلال دولة المؤسسات والديمقراطية، التي تفعّل دور هذه المؤسسات( الفواعل)، للقيام بأدوارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، والثقافية...وغيرها، من أجل شراكة حقيقية. Abstract: The political system in any country is linked to the restorative nature, with the rest of the formations and events, so there are areas of freedom, for the work of these institutions different formations, to contribute to the management of the affairs of the state and society in the public interest. The government accountability and straightened, and recycling its centers, and update its institutions, is the work and the duty of everyone, including the achievement of development programs. Therefore, we focus the role of civil society, through the state and democratic institutions, which do the role of these institutions (other actors), to carry out economic and social roles, and cultural... etc. for a real partnership.
