الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على عوامل تحقيق التفوق التنافسي في المجمعات الصناعية، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة قامنا بمعالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال تقسيم البحث الى قسمين أساسيين، حيث تناولنا في القسم الأول مفهوم التفوق التنافسي وأسسه ومبادئه، ثم تطرقنا الى التفوق التنافسي في المجمع الصناعي أهم العوامل التي تحقق التفوق الصناعي، وكنتيجة للبحث واهم ماتوصل اليه هذا البحث أن من أهم مفاتيح وعوامل تفوق المجمعات الصناعية تعزيز الابتكار، التحكم في التكاليف، واستباق توقعات الزبون، اشراك العاملين، احترام الأفراد، القيادة بتواضع والى غير ذلك. Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors for achieving competitive excellence in industrial groupes, and in order to achieve the goal of this study, we addressed this topic by dividing the research into two main parts. In the first section, we dealt with the concept of competitive excellence, its foundations and principles, and then we touched upon competitive excellence in the most important industrial groupes. Factors that achieve industrial excellence, and as a result of the research and the most important finding of this research is that one of the most important keys and factors for the excellence of industrial groupes is to enhance innovation, control costs, anticipate customer expectations, engage employees, respect individuals, lead with humility, and so on.
