تداعيات القرصنة البحرية على النقل البحري الدولي والاقتصاد العالمي

الملخص
يواجه الامن البحري تحديات واعتداءات صارخة على مبدأ حرية الملاحة في البحار، أثرت على أمن واستقرار المجتمع الدولي، من واقع تأثيرها المتنامي على النقل البحري الدولي والاقتصاد العالمي وسلامة التجارة الدولية، التي تمثل أحد الشرايين الرئيسية للتنمية في الوقت الراهن عبر العديد من الممرات البحرية الحيوية حول العالم، ومن هذه التحديات جريمة القرصنة البحرية والتي تعتبر من أخطر الجرائم التي تهدد سلامة الملاحة البحرية، في سعت المجموعة الدولية للحد من الظاهرة من خلال منظمة الأمم المتحدة في عدة اتفاقيات وقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي، إضافة الى المنظمات الدولية المتخصصة التابعة لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة وكذا المساعي الإقليمية. Maritime security faces flagrant challenges and attacks on the principle of freedom of navigation at sea, which have affected the security and stability of the international community, from its growing impact on freedom of navigation and the integrity of international community, in light of its growing impact on international maritime transport and the safety of international trade and the global economy, which represents one of the main arteries of development at the present time through many vital sea lanes around the world, Among these challenges is the crime of maritime piracy, which is considered one of the most serious crimes that threaten the safety of maritime navigation, the international community has sought to reduse the phenomenon through the United Nations in several agreements and resolutions ofthe UN Security Council, in addition to the specialized international organizations of the United Nations, as well as regional endeavors
