Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce

Abstract

Despite the advantages of e-commerce both domestically and internationally for the parties dealing with it, it raises many legal problems, and in particular consumer protection issues pose the greatest challenge to such commerce. Consumers' e-commerce risks are higher than those of traditional commerce The consumer cannot inspect the commodity before ordering the purchase, leaving the electronic supplier to overlook the safety and security of the consumer by inspiring it with unreal advantages in its product Consumer is an imperative issue for the development and spread of e-commerce.
