الملخص
للحديث عن ممارسات الذات عند فوكو، يمكن القول أن كتب تأويل الذات، والانهمام بالذات، والمراقبة والعقاب، والكلمات والأشياء هي التي تمثل دراسته للذات وكذا تتبع تقنياتها والممارسات التي طبقت عليها، وفي كتبه الأخيرة خاصة منها تاريخ الجنسانية عدل مشروعه بالانتقال من دراسة الحياة الجنسية إلى دراسة تقنيات الذات، حيث أن هذا التعديل يتناول البعد الأخلاقي للجنس، وكذلك الفترة التاريخية المدروسة التي تمتد إلى اليونان، والأخلاق عند فوكو طرحت سؤالا مغايرا وأفقا مختلفا عما تواطأ عليه العقل الفلسفي، أي ذلك العقل الذي يتجه إلى البحث في طبيعة المعايير الضابطة للسلوك، حيث أن الأخلاق من خلال هذه الرؤية هي مجموعة من الأوامر والنواهي، وكذا منظومة القيم التي توجه سلوك الأفراد إلى ما ينبغي أن يكون عليه هذا السلوك To talk about Foucault's practices of the self, it can be said that the books of self-interpretation, self-indulgence, observation and punishment, and words and things represent his study of the self as well as trace its techniques and practices applied to it.
