دايات الجزائر بين الإرتباط والقطيعة تجاه الباب العالي (1711- 1830)

الملخص
الملخص : نتناول في هذه الدراسة موضوع يتعلق في مجمله بطبيعة العلاقات الجزائرية العثمانية ، وبالتحديد يبين أشكال ومظاهر الإرتباط والقطيعة بين حكام الجزائر والباب العالي ، حيث سيطر على العلاقات التي جمعت بين حكام إيالة الجزائر وسلطة الباب العالي إنطلاقا من سنة 1711م التذبذب وعدم الاستقرار، وهذا ما أحدث القطيعة من جهة والارتباط من جهة أخرى، ويدخل هذا النوع من المواضيع في خانة القضايا التي يشوبها الحساسية من جميع جوانبه والتي أسالت بدورها الكثير من الحبر لأنها من المواضيع الهُوياتية التي يفهم فيها الجميع و لم يفصل فيها كذلك الجميع، وسنقوم في هذه الدراسة باستقراء مختلف المصادر التاريخية التي تعود مجملها إلى العهد العثماني واستخراج مظاهر الإرتباط والقطيعة من ثناياها وبالخصوص في الفترة الاخيرة من عهد الدايات. ABSTRACT : In this study, we deal with a topic related in its entirety to the nature of Algerian-Ottoman relations, specifically showing the forms and components of the link and estrangement between the rulers of Algeria and the Sublime Porte, where the relations that brought together the rulers of the Eyalet of Algeria and the authority of the Sublime Porte starting from 1711 AD dominated fluctuation and instability, and this is what caused the rupture on the one hand and the link on the other, and this type of topics enters the category of issues that are sensitive in all its aspects, which in turn caused a lot of ink Because it is one of the identity topics in which everyone understands and has not been detailed as well, and in this study we will extrapolate the various historical sources that date back to the Ottoman era and extract the manifestations of connection and rupture from its folds, especially in the last period of the era of the midwives.
