دور الجماعات الإقليمية في مكافحة جائحة كورونا في الجزائر " كوفيد 19"

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الكوارث والأزمات حالة استثنائية تتعرض لها الدول، وجائحة كورونا "كوفيد 19" كانت عبارة عن حالة استثنائية أثرت على عدة قطاعات في الدولة، فسعت الجزائر جاهدة لمكافحة هذه الأزمة باتخاذ جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي من شأنها الحد من انتشار هذه الجائحة، وكانت الجماعات الإقليمية السلطة المكلفة بتطبيق هذه التدابير واقتراح إجراءات جديدة من شأنها مكافحة الفيروس إلى حين التوصل إلى لقاح أو دواء له، وتتمحور اشكالية هذه الدراسة حول الدور الذي لعبته الجماعات الإقليمية في مكافحة جائحة كورونا، وقد خلصنا في النهاية إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن الجماعات الإقليمية لعبت دورا كبيرا في مكافحة فيروس كورونا غير أنها عانت من عدة نقائص على مستويات عديدة بحيث أن هذه التجربة ستمكن الجزائر من إعادة سياستها المتعلقة بمكافحة الأزمات الصحية. Abstract: Disasters and crises are exceptional cases to which all countries are exposed, and the Corona pandemic "Covid-19" was an exceptional case that affected many sectors in the country, Algeria strived to combat this crisis by taking all necessary measures that would limit the spread of this pandemic. The Regional Authorities were in charge of applying these measures and proposing new ones that would mitigate the virus' impact until a vaccine or medicine for it is found. The research question of this study revolves around the role played by the Regional Authorities in the Fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. In the end, we came to a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the Regional Authorities have played a major role in the fight against the Coronavirus, but they have suffered from several shortcomings on many levels, so that this experience will enable Algeria to re-establish its policy of combating health crises.
