الملخص
إن تحريم المحارم ، قاعدة متعارف عليها بين جمهور الانثروبولوجيين بالأخص وحتى السوسيولوجيين، كونها تحدد مجموعة التبادل الاجتماعي بين الجماعات الاجتماعية، مع العلم أن خاصية هذا التحريم تعود في جل تشريعها الى الدين باختلاف اصوله وتفرعات معتنقيه. كما يمس في المقابل،القرابة النسبية-المصاهرة ، التي تمس باقي اشكال القرابة للقرابة كون هذه الاخيرة تتعدى كونها الدموية والنسبية أي بالنسب، بل هناك قرابات روحانية وأخرى افتراضية،و في الوقت ذاته، يتعدى تحريم المحارم، تحريم العلاقات الجنسية بين هذين النوعين من القرابة، إلى تشكيل أنظمة زواجية بأكملها لدى جل مجتمعات العالم، و الذي يتم فيه تحيد، حقول تبادل النسوة، بناء على أنظمة قرابية افتراضية.وبانتقال هذه القاعدة إلى الحقل السوسيولوجي تحتاج إلى أكثر من تحليل، كون أصل التحريم هو إبداع اجتماعي وليس معطى بيولوجي، لذا ففي هذا المقال سنحاول تحديد كيفية استثمار مثل هذه القاعدة الانثروبولوجية الى الحقل السوسيولوجي؟ The prohibition of incest is a well-known rule among the public of anthropologists in particular and even sociologists, as it determines the group of social exchange between social groups, knowing that the feature of this prohibition goes back in most of its legislation to religion with its different origins and branches of its adherents.
