السوسيولوجيا وبقايا التبرير الانثروبولوجي في المجتمع الآني-المدينة الجزائرية اسقاطا-

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إن البحث في مجال التنظيم الاجتماعي، يحيل الباحث إلى الزمن الاجتماعي لحياة المجتمع، وبحكم الألفية الثالثة، ورغم العرقلة التي تعيشها المجتمعات المغاربية ومن يتماثل معها، ممن لم يلتحق بعد بنموذج المجتمع الغربي-أي عدم الالتحاق من حيث جودة التنظيم الاجتماعي-ورغم هذا التعطيل في التزامنLa synchronisation، إلا أن هذه المجتمعات ومن بينها المجتمع الجزائري، تصارع في مراحلها الاخيرة-الآني بالأنثروبولوجي-.من أجل الالتحاق المطابق بالمجتمع الآني، بحكم تنظيمها الاجتماعي الكلي القائم على القانون(بمختلف اختصاصات هذا القانون، مدني، عقوبات، تجاري....). فالبحث في التنظيم الاجتماعي داخل الفضاء الحضري اي -المدينة- هو تضارب بين التنظيم المميز للمجتمعات الآنية-الحالية-وبقايا الانثروبولوجي-الذي يحاول الابقاء على وظيفته –التي تتمثل في الدفاع عن المجتمع وتنظيماته التقليدية-القديمة-، اي التبرير لبقايا التنظيم القديم، هذا ما سأحاول توضيحه في هذا المقال في النقاط التالية: 1-الهيكلة القانونية للتنظيم الحضري للمدينة. 2-التضامن العضوي بين تنظيمات وتهيئة الحضرية. Abstract: The research in the field of social organization refers the researcher to the social time of community life, and by virtue of the third millennium, despite the obstruction experience by Maghreb societies and those who are similar with them, who have not yet joined model of western society that it, lack of enrollment in terms of the quality of social organization - and despite this disruption in Synchronization, however, these societies, including the Algerian society, are struggling in their last stages - the immediate and the anthropological - for the identical enrollment in the immediate society, by virtue of their total social organization based on the law (with the various specializations of this law, civil, penal, commercial .... ). The search for social organization within the urban space - the city - is a conflict between the distinctive organization of the immediate - current societies - and the remnants of an anthropologist - which tries to maintain its function - which is to defend society and its traditional - old organizations - i.e. justify the remnants of the old organization. I will try to clarify it in this article in the following points: 1- The legal structure of the city’s urban organization. 2- Organic solidarity between uban planning and organizations
