الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل في إدارة الأصول الوقفية ومقدرتها على تخطي القضايا المتعلقة بالثقة والكفاءة مع التركيز على تجربة منصة فاين تيرا في تبني هذه التقنية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن القيمة المضافة لتكنولوجيا سلسلة الكتل تعزى إلى مقومات الجاذبية التي تدعم الاستدامة، الشفافية والأداء، ومع ذلك يبقى الوعي المؤسساتي والإطار التشريعي من المسائل الأكثر تقويضا لتعزيز مكانة الوقف ضمن مداخل التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. This study aims to highlight the role of blockchain technology in the management of endowment assets and its ability to overcome issues related to trust and efficiency, with a focus on the experience of the Finterra platform in adopting this technology. The study concluded that the added value of blockchain technology is due to the attractiveness’ requirements that support sustainability, transparency and performance. However, institutional awareness and the legislative framework remain among the issues that are most undermining to enhance the status of the endowment within the entrances to economic and social development
