دور الحكم الراشد في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي - تجربة دولة ماليزيا –

الملخص
يعتبر الحكم الراشد ركيزة اساسية في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي للبلد حيث انه حتى لو تمكنت الدول من تحقيق تنويع اقتصادي في غياب الحوكمة فيظل تواجد نسبة عالية من الفساد لا تستطيع تدارك تطورها فتناولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية الإطار النظري للنمو الاقتصادي والحكم الراشد ومعايير الاستناد عليهما، مع الاشارة الى التجربة الماليزية فتوصلنا الى أن أساس نجاح التجربة الماليزية هو وجود قيادة واعية لديها بصيرة عالية، و إيجاد القدوة الملائمة للبيئة الماليزية، واعتمادها على تجارب دول اخرى Good governance is an essential pillar in achieving the economic growth of the country, because even if countries are able to achieve economic diversification in the absence of governance, there is still a high rate of corruption that cannot remedy its development. We discussed in this research paper the theoretical framework for economic growth and good governance and the criteria for relying on them, with reference to the Malaysian experience, and we concluded that the basis for the success of the Malaysian experience is the presence of conscious leadership with high visibility, and finding appropriate role models for the Malaysian environment, and its dependence on the experiences of other successful countries
