الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: تعاني العديد من دول العالم النامية من مجموعة إختلالات في تركيبة بنية مؤسساتها مما يستوجب عليها البحث عن الآليات الجديدة التي تكفل لها تحقيق التكامل في تلك المؤسسات، وهذا ما تهدف إليه هذه الدراسة من خلال ربط مؤشرات الحكم الراشد المتمثلة في تحقيق الشفافية والقضاء على الفساد الإداري داخل الأجهزة الحكومية ومؤسسات الدولة من خلال تطبيق نموذج الإدارة الإلكترونية الذي يعزز من أداء هذه الأجهزة ويساهم في وضوح معالم الدولة وتوطيد علاقتها بالمجتمع الشيء الذي يعزز من شفافية تسييرها وتحقيقها لشروط بناء دولة المؤسسات. Study Summary: Many developing countries suffer from a set of imbalances in the composition of the structure of their institutions, which requires them to search for new mechanisms that ensure them to achieve integration in their institutions, and this is what this study aims by linking indicators of good governance represented in the principle of achieving transparency and eliminating administrative corruption within government agencies. And state institutions through the application of the e-management model that enhances the performance of these devices and contributes to the clarity of the state’s features and the consolidation of its relationship with society, which enhances the transparency of its conduct and realization of the conditions for building the state of institutions.
