الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقات في مجملها إلى إبراز الدور الفعال للمجتمع المدني وممارساته باعتباره حركة اجتماعية قوية و رصينة في دفع الفساد ومكافحته على جميع المستويات والأصعدة( المالية والإدارية والسياسية..) والتي تعد من أخطر وأفتك معاول الهدم لدولة ومؤسستها وعائقا كبيرا أمام كل محاولات تفعيل التنمية المستدامة، ونظرا لخطورة الفساد على المجتمعات مؤسسات وأفراد والذي أصبح ظاهرة عالمية تعاني منه جل الدول فقد بات من الضروري تفعيل المؤسسات لنظام الحوكمة و أخلاقيات المهنة وفتح جسور التشارك و التعاون مع منظمات المجتمع المدني في مشاركة فعالة في كبح الفساد ومنعه. these papers aim to highlight the effective role of civil society and its practices as a strong and solid social movement in pushing and combating corruption at all levels ( Financial, administrative ,and political) Which is one of the most dangerous demolition equipment for the state and its institution and a major obstacle to all attempts to activate sustainable development, Given the seriousness of corruption on societies, institutions and individuals Which has become a global phenomenon that most countries suffer from. It has become necessary for institutions to activate the system of governance and professional ethics and to open bridges of partnership and cooperation with civil society organizations in an effective participation in curbing and preventing corruption
