التعاون في السياسة الدولية من المنظور الواقعي

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة التعاون من أبرز ظواهر السياسة الدولية ، ويرى الكثير من المهتمين بحقل العلاقات الدولية ، بأنها ظاهرة معقدة بسبب ارتباطها بظاهرة لا تقل أهمية عنها ، وهي ظاهرة الصراع الدولي فهما ميزان العلاقات الدولية ، كما أنهما لا يلغيان بعضهما البعض . تستهدف الدراسة تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التعاون في السياسة الدولية من المنظور الواقعي وإمكانية تحقيق ونجاح التعاون في ضل الفوضى الدولية ، ووفق المكاسب النسبية التي تدفع الدول إلى السعي نحو تحقيق مصالحها القومية على مبدأ المنفعة والبراغماتية ، وهذا ما قد يعيق عملية التعاون . The phenomenon of cooperation is considered one of the most prominent phenomena of international politics, and many interested in the field of international relations see it as a complex phenomenon because of its connection to a phenomenon no less important than it, which is the phenomenon of international conflict. They are the balance of international relations, and they do not cancel each other out. The study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of cooperation in international politics, from a realistic perspective and the possibility of achieving and succeeding cooperation in light of international chaos, and according to the relative gains, which push countries to strive towards achieving their national interests on the principle of benefit and pragmatism, and this may hinder the process of cooperation.
