الملخص

نتطرق من خلال هذا المقال إلى موضوع: تقييم التعليم عن بعد في جامعة سطيف 1 خلال فترة الحجر الصحي المترتبة عن جائحة كوفيد 19. ونهدف بذلك إلى معرفة أساسيات التعليم عن بعد والمفاهيم المرتبطة بجائحة كوفيد 19 والتعليم عن بعد؛ تحديد أبعاد تقييم التعليم عن بعد واستقصاء آراء الطلبة حولها. نعتمد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الأولية بالاعتماد على مقياس ليكرت الثلاثي في العبارات التي تسمح بذلك. إضافة إلى المتوسطات من أدوات الإحصاء الوصفي، والانحراف المعياري لقياس التشتت/التجانس، وكذلك استعملنا اختبار ستيودنت من أدوات الإحصاء الاستدلالي، بالاستعانة ببرنامج (SPSS version24). تم التوصل إلى أن التعليم عن بعد يحقق الأهداف التي وُضِع من أجلها في جامعة سطيف 1 بشكل متوسط (إلى ضعيف)؛ توجد مجموعة من المشاكل التي تعيق عملية التعليم عن بعد أهمها: ضعف تدفق الانترنت، ضعف التفاعل، نقص تكوين الأساتذة والطلبة على منصات التعليم عن بعد.. وقد تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات في الأخير لتحسين العملية ومعالجة النقائص. In this article, we discuss distance education (D-learning) at Setif 1 University by evaluating it during the quarantine period resulting from the Covid 19 pandemic. In doing so, we aim to learn about the basics of distance education and the concepts associated with the Covid 19 pandemic in a simplified manner. It aims also to present some of the measures adopted by The Setif 1 University to reduce the spread of the pandemic among its communities and to ensure the continuity of education; to identify the dimensions of the assessment of distance education and to survey the views of students about it. In this study, we rely on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as an essential tool for collecting raw data based on the Three-Way Likert scale in the terms that allow it. In addition to the averages of descriptive statistics tools, the standard deviation to measure dispersion/homogeneity, we also used the Student test of inference statistics tools, using the SPSS version24. It has been found that distance education achieves the objectives set for which it was set at Setif 1 University on average; A series of proposals have been made in the latter to improve the process and address shortcomings.
