ملخص : سارعت الدولة الجزائرية كغيرها من الدول الأخرى التي تعاني من أزمة السكن إلى تحسين ودعم القطاع السكني الذي يعتبر محور للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال استحداث سياسية سكنية واستراتيجيات عديدة هدفها توفير السكن بغية الوصول إلى تلبية الطلبات المتزايدة لمختلف شرائح المجتمع,قائمة أساسا على التنويع في الصيغ السكنية بهدف إعطاء فرص متكافئة لكل المواطنين من أجل الحصول على سكن حسب مستويات داخل كل فئة اجتماعية وصيغ السكن المعروفة ساهمت بطريقة إيجابية في التخفيف من أزمة السكن وحاولت قدر الإمكان جذب المواطن واستقطابه لتمتعها بجملة من الاعتبارات والتسهيلات إلا أنه في المقابل لم تسلم من الانتقادات و وجود بعض السلبيات التي جعلت من السياسة السكنية المعتمدة غير ناجحة نوعا ما . Abstract ; The Algerian state, like other countries suffering from the housing crisis, Hastened to improve and support the housing sector, which is considered a focus of economic and social development through the development of a housing policy and many strategies aimed at providing housing in order to meet the increasing demands of the various segments of society, based mainly on diversification in housing formulas. With the aim of giving equal opportunities to all citizens in order to obtain housing according to the levels within each social group and the well-known housing formulas, it contributed in a positive way to alleviating the housing crisis and tried as much as possible to attract the citizen and attract him to enjoy a number of considerations and facilities, but on the other hand, it did not escape criticism and the presence of some The negatives that made the adopted housing policy somewhat unsuccessful.
