دور البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة The Role Of Scientific Research In Achieving Sustainable Development

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة باعتبار أن البحث العلمي هو السبب الرئيسي في تفوق الدول المتقدمة على الدول النامية، و إدراكا لأهمية البحث العلمي خصصت الدول المتقدمة نسبة كبيرة من الإنفاق عليه فيما يسمى بعملية تمويل البحث العلمي وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن للبحث العلمي أهداف لا تتحقق إلا إذا ارتبطت بالتنمية، و يعني وجوب قيام مؤسسات البحث العلمي ببناء قواعد و شبكات و مراكز للمعلومات ، و توفير البيانات و الأرقام الممحصة الدقيقة ، والتفضيلية الشاملة القادرة علة تقديم مؤشرات صحيحة عن حقيقة الواقع، و عن متطلبات المستقبل. The study aims to highlight the role of scientific research in achieving sustainable development, as scientific research is the main reason behind the superiority of developed countries over developing countries and the importance of scientific research is recognized. The industrialized countries have allocated a large percentage of the spending on it in the so-called process of funding scientific research. The main findings are that scientific research has goals that can only be achieved if they are linked to development. This means that scientific research institutions must build bases, networks and information centers and provide accurate and detailed comprehensive data and figures capable of providing correct indicators of the reality of reality and the demands of the future.
