الملخص
The cultural ,spiritual and scientific features subject in constantine during the late of the ottoman period is considered from the subjects that characterized with the historical artical rarity ,lack of canstantine historical heritage quality ,and what it faces from studies wrotten by the french civil affairs officers. On the light at what they hauled from endowments documents and registers made them draw the spiritual and the scientific scene in canstantine during the late of the ottoman period. According to a faithful colonial goals, which push me to re-read the subject on light of available heritage textes (historical, journey’s literature).
